Do I have to pay something for my return?
The return costs are paid by the customer, and correspond to the withdrawal at home of the items you wish to return.
How do I return an item?
You can send us the items you return to the following address by your own means (previosly send an e-mail informing to info@a40grados.com):

Send an email to info@a40grados.com requesting the return of the order.
What is the deadline to make a return?
The return period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
How will I receive the amount of my return?
Once the refund is approved, you will receive the amount by bank transfer, for which we will contact you to request international bank code in order to reemburse the amount paid or you can give us this information by mail (info@a40grados.com), or writted in the invoice with the products back.
When will I receive the amount of my return?
After approving the return (the items have to be in perfect condition and have the interior labels) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be paid into your account in a few days. a40grados reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or garments that are not in the same conditions in which they were received. Shipping costs are excluded.
In case of return, A40GRADOS SPORT & STYLE S.L., is not responsible for the shipment.
